Colette is a native of Ireland and started her fitness career in the USA where she taught Yoga, Spin, and Strength classes and personal training. She also earned a black belt in Thai Kick Boxing. Colette draws on this varied fitness background to keep her classes original, informative and fun.
Upon moving to Nice, Colette worked as a Personal Trainer before launching FitHub – a Fitness Studio where exercise is inclusive, enjoyed and social. Always a source of powerful, positive motivation and fun, one of her students categorised her as ‘the perfect combination of sergeant major and supportive friend’ and we could not agree more. Practising what she preaches, Colette competes regularly in triathlons, running and cycling events including Nice Ironman, Nice -Cannes marathon and the Etape du Tour Mondovelo, a stage of the famed Tour de France.
Barbara is a native of Ireland where she initially trained as a competitive gymnast before falling in love with dance, she won a full scholarship to the prestigious London Studio Centre and became а professional dancer and performer. Her credits include playing Velma in West Side Story, The Witch in Into The Woods and a featured dancer in the hit TV show The Tudors.
In 2009, Barbara trained as a fitness coach, personal trainer and Pilate’s instructor at the NTC Dublin and now combines her skills as a dancer and a fitness coach. Barbara teaches all her classes with her signature focus on form, enthusiasm and fun.
Camilla left Sweden for travels and finally came to her last stop, New York, where she was introduced to yoga in 2000.
After her travels she relocated to South of France and since then her focus has been on Iyengar yoga. A style that keeps her both physically and mentally inspired.
Camilla was certified with the 200-hour teacher training in Seattle 2010 among other certifications and she is working towards her 3-year diploma Iyengar teacher training. Her studies are up kept through workshops and intensives with well know instructors.
Emma Ohlson, a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. Emma’s sporting achievements are far too many to list here, but suffice to say that she loves running – she’s participated in countless half- and full-marathons in her native Sweden and this year finished the Endurance Life Ultra marathon in Devon, UK.
Emma’s ‘outside work’ interests reflect her passion for all things sports related. She snowboards, swims, Scuba dives, cycles, has been known to do the occasional paraglide or parachute jump, and is always looking for something new to add to the list!
